Transport Canada Civil Aviation (TCCA) is proud to announce the national rollout of its online booking tool for aviation exams on May 1, 2024.

Effective immediately, clients who need to book an aviation exam to be invigilated at a Transport Canada Centre can conveniently utilize the Civil Aviation Online Exam Booking Tool.

This digital platform significantly enhances the exam scheduling process by providing:

• Flexible Scheduling: Candidates enjoy the freedom to choose from available TC Centre locations, exams, and time slots that best align with their schedules.

• Payment Integration: Seamless integration of payment processing ensures a smooth and secure transaction experience for candidates.

• Automated Confirmations and Reminders: Upon scheduling, candidates receive confirmation emails detailing their chosen exam details. Additionally, automated reminders are sent three business days before the exam date to ensure candidates are well-prepared for their upcoming exams.

• Rescheduling and Cancellation Options:Candidates have the flexibility to easily reschedule or cancel their exams if necessary, providing them with greater control over their bookings.

Please note that the introduction of this new tool does not affect exams already scheduled at TC Centers, nor does it impact clients planning to take General Aviation type exams. Such exams will continue to be administered by local Aviation Exam Invigilators, who provide valuable services on behalf of the Minister. Transports Canada, Aviation civile (TCAC) est fier d'annoncer le déploiement national de son outil de réservation en ligne pour les examens en aviation le 1er mai 2024.

Dès maintenant, les clients qui doivent réserver un examen d'aviation pour être surveillés dans un centre de Transports Canada peuvent utiliser l'outil de réservation d'examen en ligne de l'Aviation civile.

Cette plateforme numérique améliore considérablement le processus de réservation des examens en offrant les avantages suivants :

• Une programmation flexible : Les candidats ont la liberté de choisir l'emplacement des bureaux de TC, les examens et les plages horaires qui correspondent le mieux à leur emploi du temps.

• Intégration des paiements : L'intégration transparente du traitement des paiements garantit aux candidats une expérience de transaction fluide et sécurisée.

• Confirmations et rappels automatisés :Une fois la programmation effectuée, les candidats reçoivent un courriel de confirmation détaillant les modalités de l'examen qu'ils ont choisi. En outre, des rappels automatiques sont envoyés trois jours ouvrables avant la date de l'examen afin de s'assurer que les candidats sont bien préparés pour leurs examens à venir.

• Options de reprogrammation et d'annulation : Les candidats ont la possibilité de reporter ou d'annuler facilement leurs examens si nécessaire, ce qui leur permet de mieux contrôler leurs réservations.

Veuillez noter que l'introduction de ce nouvel outil n'affecte pas les examens déjà programmés dans les centres TC, ni les clients qui prévoient de passer des examens de type aviation générale. Ces examens continueront d'être administrés par les surveillants d'examens d'aviation locaux, qui fournissent des services précieux au nom du ministre.
